You may train with us free for a couple of sessions to see how you get on. Please email seniormembers@stratfordac.co.uk in the first instance and we can arrange for someone to meet you at your first session. After this, if you wish to continue, then you will be welcome to join as a member.

The club currently organises sessions most days of the week but there are also informal groups who meet up for additional training, depending on their abilities – we support triathletes across the whole range of abilities.

We have a very active Facebook group where members share news, ideas, questions, races and plan extra training sessions – this is also a great place for plenty of banter and encouragement.
