Race start is at 11.00am
The course is all on road and will be a rare 12km distance. It is undulating and some parts of the course will be closed to traffic.

1st, 2nd, & 3rd male and female runners
Age group prizes: male and female V35, V45, V55, V65+
Club teams prizes for men (4 to count) and women (3 to count)
All runners will get a unique NTRIX memento. In addition, £1 of the entry fee will be donated to the school who have kindly allowed us to use their premises.
Withdrawals
If you cannot run, you can have a refund less £2, or a deferral to the 2024 race, until 7 days prior to the 2024 race. After that time you may give your place to another runner right until race start, but you MUST let us know who will be taking your place. This is for safety reasons.
